Whether you’re new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, everyone can benefit from private sessions.
This time can offer many benefits, such as an opportunity to go deeper into your practice, start a practice or simply to have the one on one attention in a safe environment. Whether you need balance in the yoga postures, seek fulfillment in completing poses you’d never try in a class setting, or simply need to stress less, it’s your time and journey. I will merely guide you along the route. Richness begins to develop in all areas of your practice — asana, pranayama, or meditation. Yoga has a way of penetrating into all the multiple layers that hold us together — the physical body, breath body, emotional body, energetic body, and spiritual body.

My Style of Teaching
My style of teaching is light hearted allowing individuals to find the true essence of their “self” respecting where you are in your practice, on and off the mat. I have a deep appreciation for human anatomy which allows me to add emphasis on alignment yet guide students to be playful on their mat in an environment that’s safe. Classes range from a basic Hatha to an ease-full yet powerful Vinyasa flow focusing on connecting the mind with the breath and the breath with each movement. Expect soothing music and a sense of humor.

Group or Class Instruction
Do you have a group of people who’d love a yoga class in a private setting? Whether it’s a group of friends, family members or colleagues, it will be fun and fruitful. What a great way to start your day, make use of a lunch break or end your workday.
