Membership FAQ
How long is my membership for?
At Love Life. Live Yoga. we do not believe in contracts that lock you in for a certain amount of time. We rather have you join us because you choose to. When you sign up for a membership you can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees or any other bad surprises. We just ask for at least 7-day notice, so we can arrange for your payments to be stopped in time.
How can I pay?
During sign-up you will be asked for your preferred payment option. You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) or using PayPal. PayPal also allows you to connect your bank account, so that payments can be debited directly. All payments are processed securely using using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
How can I cancel my membership?
If you should ever decide to cancel your membership, you can simply do so by logging into your MyYoga Dashboard on our website and cancel your membership there. Alternatively, you can simply give us a call on (07) 3041 4189, send us an email to namaste@lovelifeliveyoga.com.au, or let us know in person before or after class. (Of course we hope this will never happen.)
Is it possible to pause my membership?
Yes. Simply give us a call on (07) 3041 4189, send us an email to namaste@lovelifeliveyoga.com.au, or let us know in person before or after class and we will easily put your membership payments on hold until you return. There’s no need to cancel your membership if you are just leaving temporarily.
Will my membership fee increase at some stage?
Whatever the rate you signed up with will be your rate for the lifetime of your membership. Easy. No surprises.
How many classes can I attend?
As a member you have access to as many classes as you would like to attend. We are constantly working on increasing the number of classes we offer and to improve our timetable to suit our members’ needs.
Does my membership allow me to attend workshop & retreats?
Your membership fee includes all regular yoga classes. Workshops & yoga retreats are not included in this fee and need to be purchased separately.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are not transferable. You can however, cancel your membership anytime if you wish to do so.
