Monkey Pose/Full Split (Hanumanasana)
There are few ways to practice, you can always do your pose variations. Modified arms and hips with using props (block or rolled blanket/towel).
It is one of my favourite poses that I will practice it everyday. It makes me feel open and prepare my body into other poses for example Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, Standing Split, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II, kick up to handstand and many others.
Benefits:
-stretches the thighs, hamstrings, groins.
– stimulates the abdominal organs.
